Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Teach Wild North, Ask the Weaver, ak4ak, and the creative projects of Billeen C. We are a small independent business focused on educational resources, books, media, and print-on-demand products. Because many of our products are digital or custom-made, our policies differ slightly by product type.


Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • PDF downloads
  • Curriculum materials
  • Printable resources
  • Classroom tools
  • Digital guides
  • Downloadable media
  • Templates and educational materials

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we want customers to have a positive experience. If you experience:

  • corrupted files,
  • incorrect downloads,
  • duplicate purchases,
  • or technical access problems,

please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Print-on-Demand Products

Some physical products are fulfilled through third-party print partners such as:

  • Shopify-integrated vendors,
  • Printify,
  • Lulu,
  • or other production partners.

Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse,
  • incorrect sizing selections,
  • or accidental orders.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • misprinted,
  • or significantly different from the product description.

To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • photographs of the issue,
  • and a brief description of the problem.

Books & Physical Merchandise

If we directly fulfill a physical item ourselves, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returned items must be:

  • unused,
  • in original condition,
  • and safely packaged.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.


Cancellations

Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled once access has been granted.

Print-on-demand orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an item enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • downloadable digital products,
  • customized products,
  • personalized merchandise,
  • print-on-demand items,
  • gift cards,
  • and final sale items.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
